Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest

1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge of high pressure averaging 29.9 inches will 

build over the Great Lakes through the day today. A 29.7 inch low is 

then forecast to move south of the lower Great Lakes Monday and 

Monday night, before moving off the New England coast by Tuesday. A 

broad area of high pressure averaging 30.1 inches will advance over 

the eastern Great Lakes region Tuesday and Wednesday, before exiting 

east into New England on Thursday as a weak 29.8 inch low moves east 

into the central Great Lakes.
