.SYNOPSIS...A strong ridge will continue W of the waters through

Tue night, build toward the area Wed, then move into the region

Wed night as an area of low pressure approaches from the NW. The

low will pass N of the waters Thu into Thu night while pulling a

cold front across the waters. A coastal trough along the S Oregon

coast will develop tonight, then persist though Wed night before

dissipating Thu.
