today and dissipate tonight. High pressure will briefly build 

over the waters tonight through Mon night before retreating to 

the E Mon night. A cold front will cross the waters Tue through 

Wed before stalling over the waters and persisting through Thu 

night with an embedded low likely to form just N waters Thu or 

Thu night.
