.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 1026mb high over the eastern gulf allows for northwest winds

to continue through the weekend. A marine layer along the coast

will push into the inner channels overnight and pull back into

the gulf through the day. Sea breezes are expected to increase

through the day. Ridging starts to shift south with a low near

Kodiak Island Monday, bringing the potential for light showers

through the early week.
