(Monday night through Saturday) Issued at 1250 AM CDT Sun Jun 21 2026 Dry and warm weather is in store for the work week into next weekend as upper level ridge dominates over South Central Texas. Daily high temperatures are forecast to reach the low to upper 90s and overnight lows in the low to mid 70s for the most part. && .AVIATION... (12Z TAFS) Issued at 543 AM CDT Sun Jun 21 2026 Pockets of light showers formed in the overnight southerly winds, and that's making the low cloud pattern ever more erratic in going from VFR to IFR and vise versa. Will show a mostly IFR signal early on, but MVFR skies should be more prevalent by 15Z. A more steady upward trend to keep with diurnal norms would get us back to VFR skies by around 17Z or 18Z. Some higher wind gusts could also correlate with the best time of mixing in the midday to late afternoon hours. More MVFR skies are expected to crop up around midnight, with a few pockets of IFR skies possible by 09Z or 10Z Monday. && .PRELIMINARY POINT TEMPS/POPS...
