Chances may tick up slightly tonight as convection develops across

the southern Mainland this afternoon and then spreads southwest

across the island chain. Afternoon min RH values will fall only 

into in the 60 percentile and recover overnight into the lower 80 

percentile. Light to gentle southeasterly breezes will briefly 

weaken to light and variable this afternoon with dispersion

indices expected to be below 20.
