This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling 

Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.



.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.



Very hot temperatures are expected this afternoon and evening. A 

Heat Advisory is in effect for all counties except Parmer, Bailey, 

and Castro from 1 PM until 9 PM.



An isolated thunderstorm or two may develop over the southeastern 

Texas Panhandle this afternoon and evening.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.



Thunderstorms are possible near a southward-moving cold front on 

Monday afternoon and evening, especially over the Rolling Plains. 

Some of these storms may be severe with large hail and damaging 

winds.



Daily chances for thunderstorms will continue Tuesday through the 

end of the week, mainly during the evening and overnight hours.
