Temperatures will remain below normal through the middle of this

coming week, with highs in the mid 60s to mid 70s and lows in the

40s to mid 50s. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will mostly be

limited to eastern Montana and the western Dakotas today, with 

chances then expanding across the Northern Plains tonight.

Widespread showers and thunderstorms may then be found across the

region to start the work week with some isolated strong to severe

storms possible. There may be some breezy southerly winds today,

with breezy northwesterly winds returning on Tuesday.
